Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all HLBV products, including fragrances and other beauty products offered now or in the future, unless otherwise stated.
At HLBV, each fragrance is meticulously crafted and quality-checked to meet luxury standards. Due to the personal and intimate nature of fragrance products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality controls.
Final Sale Policy
- Due to hygiene, safety, and quality considerations, all opened or used fragrances and beauty products are final sale.
- Unopened, unused, and factory-sealed items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

Luxury Sample Disclaimer
At this time, HLBV offers a limited quantity of fragrance samples.

- Each fragrance adapts uniquely to the body’s natural pH balance, environment, and application method, which may result in variations from person to person.

Refund Processing
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@luxbeautyv.co and include clear photographs of the issue. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
To maintain inventory integrity, we do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible items must be returned and a new order placed.

International Orders

- We are not responsible for packages delayed, refused, seized, or returned by customs authorities.

- HLBV products may only be sold, distributed, or displayed by authorized partners approved by Lux Beauty Venture LLC.
- Unauthorized resale, diversion, or third-party marketplace listings are strictly prohibited.
Returns & Defective Goods (Partners)
- Wholesale and partner orders are final sale, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
- Claims for defects or shortages must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt and include supporting documentation.

- Partners are responsible for proper storage, handling, and display in accordance with HLBV guidelines.

Brand Presentation & Use
- HLBV trademarks, product names, imagery, and brand materials may only be used with prior written approval.

Vehicle & Experiential Partnerships
- For luxury vehicle manufacturers or experiential partners, HLBV products are intended for ambient or experiential use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- HLBV assumes no liability for product performance once deployed outside standard consumer use environments.
Compliance & Termination
- Failure to comply with HLBV policies may result in immediate termination of partnership and revocation of authorization.
